Orangetheory Fitness Sales Associate Nashville - Melrose / Customer Service Specialist / Fitness Consultant
FULL TIME AFTERNOONS : Tuesday - Friday, 12 : 30 - 8pm & Saturdays 7am - 12 : 30pm

We are seeking a charismatic Sales Associate and attentive Customer Service Specialist who has proven sales experience. You must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time while maintaining a positive customer facing attitude. Sales Associate Responsibilities and Skills :
Sell membership packages and effectively collect referrals
Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
Conducts telephone inquiries / follow up calls / customer care calls
Lead studio previews and tours with prospects and / or fitness program holders
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile
Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist
Participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
Proper onboarding all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements
Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
