Assistant Studio Manager Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the studio to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Support the Studio Manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns, outreach events, and social media initiatives.
- Help lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
- Help manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Step in as a leader when the Studio Manager is absent, managing operations and supporting the team.
- Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude, setting a high standard for staff behavior and performance.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and member communications.
