What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in an outpatient surgical center
- Proficiency in setting up surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies with precision and speed, always ensuring readiness for each procedure.
- Expertise in maintaining a sterile field and adhering to the highest standards of aseptic technique, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Anticipation skills You are proactive in anticipating the needs of the surgeon, surgical team, and patient, and can adjust quickly to changing circumstances, including emergencies.
- Ability to update physician preference cards and assist with room setup, clean-up, and patient care as needed.
- Strong inventory management skills for surgical instruments and supplies.
- Availability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
