- The proposed resource MUST possess a minimum ten (10) years experience in the last fifteen (15) years delivering Change Management services for IM / IT projects.
- The proposed resource MUST demonstrate, using written project descriptions, three (3) different IM / IT projects completed in the last nine (9) years for which the Resource led the design and implementation of organizational change leveraging modern workplace collaboration tools. (At least one (1) of these projects MUST have included implementation of M365 at least one (1) of these projects MUST demonstrate the Resource s experience providing these services to a public sector organization.)
- The proposed resource MUST demonstrate, using written project descriptions, two (2) different IM / IT projects completed in the last ten (10) years for which the Resource led the design and implementation of organizational change to support a client preparing for and moving to work in a distributed, remote or virtual work environment.
