Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our Tennille, GA facility. With strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach your team, you'll implement best practices and drive process improvements.
\Effective employee relations, balanced priorities, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing roles, with direct reports and shop floor accountability. They'll be familiar with scrap management, safety behaviors, and quality controls, and have experience working in a lean manufacturing plant (5S, tier meetings, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Gemba walk lead standard work).
