About The Opportunity
This position will be a part of the ORBIS product management team. This position will collaborate with the team and throughout the ORBIS network and take a hands-on approach to monitoring all aspects of a product life cycle in the auto and industrial industry. You will have exposure to product development, project management, market research, inventory management, quoting, and reporting financial data. You will have guidance from a mentor on the Product Management Team as well as be included in Menasha Corporation’s Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.
The Product Management Intern will be responsible for assisting the Product Management Team with projects starting in spring/summer of 2025.

Areas Of Learning/Responsibilities
- Assist with current and new product development projects
- Gather competitive data to understand competitive advantages or weaknesses
- Analyze financial results to support pricing strategy for various products
- Develop product knowledge to assist the sales team
- Participate in inventory management projects
- Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline job tasks to create a more efficient working environment
- Assist with product quality complaints from customers
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related degrees
- Strong background / knowledge of Microsoft computer software
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to take risks and develop projects on their own
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
