Job Description
The Academic Success Coach plays an integral role in the support and success of students in an accelerated nursing program at our site in Houston, TX. Major responsibilities include registration, academic advising / success coaching and the retention / persistence of enrolled nursing students. The Success Coach interacts with students, university faculty and advising teams, professional staff, and other program personnel to enhance and facilitate the progression, and graduation of students. Site location : Sugar Land Campus- 14090 Southwest Freeway Sugar Land, TX 77478
Schedule : Onsite position, Mon-Fri standard business hours
Training Start : January 6th, 2025

Primary Job Objectives :
- Facilitation and support of student progression
- Provide on-site success coaching and coordination of appropriate student services
- Manage student registration process for each semester (3 per year)
