As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing AI-powered solutions that optimize healthcare workflows. This is a mission-driven role where you’ll apply your deep AI/ML knowledge to build impactful systems that automate administrative tasks like documentation and task execution.
Your work will primarily focus on building smart AI agents that automate administrative functions, starting with NLP-based document scanning and progressing into more complex tasks involving images and video.
Responsibilities:
- AI System Architecture: Design and implement production-scale AI systems focused on reliability, real-world performance, and customer impact.
- LLM Optimization: Build and enhance features using Large Language Models (LLM) and advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with domain experts to convert complex healthcare requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
- Data Pipelines: Design and maintain data pipelines that support model training, inference, and long-term system performance.
Requirements:
Core AI/ML Expertise:
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML development.
- Strong experience with Transformer models (BERT, GPT) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Proficiency in LLM optimization, prompt engineering, and scaling AI systems in production environments.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
