About the Company:
🚀 The Series A, AI start-up is transforming quality and defect management in manufacturing, serving global leaders in aerospace, automotive, and medical tech. With $25M in funding, they’re scaling and hiring two Group Product Managers.
About the Roles:
🔧 Command Centre GPM:
You’ll lead the core product, managing the roadmap, strategy, and a team of product managers. This established product is close to product-market fit, so we need someone with experience in scaling businesses through product and funding iterations.
🌱 Expansion GPM:
Focused on expanding the product line, you’ll validate new opportunities and develop products from 0 to 1, based on customer feedback and research. Early-stage experience, possibly as a former founder, is ideal.
Key Requirements for Both Roles:
👩💻 ~5 years in product management, with strong product craft.
📈 Experience scaling businesses through multiple product/funding phases.
💻 Must have B2B SaaS experience.
🤖 AI experience is a plus but not required.
Location: New York, hybrid (3 days per week in-office).
Compensation: $180,000 – $240,000 bonus equity benefits.
