About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft seamless, engaging digital experiences that enhance user interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that enhance functionality and usability.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, from research and conceptualisation to prototyping and final implementation.
• Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all user interactions.
• Ensure responsiveness and accessibility, creating smooth experiences across different screen sizes and environments.
• Conduct user testing and research, using real-world feedback to refine and optimise designs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility align.
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Design Expertise

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and motion to create polished digital experiences.
• Ability to design for complex workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency in user interactions.
• Experience creating interfaces for professionals in specialised industries, with a focus on usability and precision.
• Knowledge of inclusive design principles and expertise in making digital products accessible to all users.
• A portfolio showcasing successful product design work that highlights creativity and problem-solving.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, ensuring seamless execution of design concepts.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems that support long-term product evolution.
• Strong foundation in responsive design, optimising experiences across a variety of devices.
