Role Overview :
As a Rapid Application Developer, you will play a critical role within the front office RAD technology team, building and maintaining trading desk tools. These tools will vary from bespoke solutions for specific desks to more general applications for wider use. You will work closely with traders to deliver on their diverse RAD tool needs, from simple risk reports to complex trading workflow and risk management systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate directly with traders to gather requirements and develop RAD solutions.
- Prioritize time-to-market, practicality, and code reusability in your development process.
- Build Excel front ends powered by C# libraries, MongoDB, and SQL Server databases.
- Manage a balance between rapid changes for business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and long-term strategic development projects.
