The Role
Associates are integral to the business and key members of the execution team. Joining a sector team (Healthcare/Consumer; Technology/Media/Telecommunications; Business Services/Industrials) you’ll quickly gain sector knowledge, exposure to industry leaders and senior PE investors, and substantial responsibility in a fast-growing, lean organisation.
Your main responsibilities
- Research: Conducting granular, qualitative research into various sectors and industries, to identify and map the key companies and executives in a given ecosystem.
- Communication: Sourcing, interviewing and securing experienced C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.
- Client Management: Present research findings to our PE clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for the given deal process.
What we look for
- Recent graduates with a strong academic background, and an interest in or experience with Expert Networks, Executive Search, Business Development, or Consulting. While prior professional experience (up to 1 year) in these areas is helpful, we also value relevant internship experience or transferable skills.

- For this role, candidates must have business fluency in English. Fluency in another European languages is a plus.
