Job Summary:

We're seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, optimizing operational processes, and developing automation to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with revenue goals, and have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding them. This role is 100% remote and available to US-based employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:Support small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention and foster long-term relationships.
  • Process Optimization:Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions.
  • Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or improved, freeing up time for strategic initiatives.
  • Automation Development:Create, manage, and refine automation workflows using tools like Make or Zapier.
  • Review technical documentation to implement and troubleshoot integrations effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, client management, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with revenue goals and able to consistently achieve or exceed them.
  • An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Make and Zapier.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Apollo, Zoho (nice to have), and Pipedrive or HubSpot (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of DNS registrars.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Hiring Process:

We expect the entire process to take approximately two weeks from start to finish.

  1. Phone Screen (15 minutes): A brief initial conversation to assess mutual fit. During this call, we'll discuss topics such as salary expectations, work history, and your interest in joining a startup.
  2. Take-Home Assignment: A short exercise to evaluate your skills.
  3. 30-Minute Interview: A discussion about our company vision and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
  4. Take-Home Challenge: We'll provide you with a list of real problems our company is facing—choose the one you believe you can solve best and fastest. This is a fully paid project and gives us a chance to work together and see if it's a mutual fit.
  5. Offer: We'll extend an offer and give you a chance to ask any questions you might have!
