Job Summary :
We're seeking an organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, optimizing operational processes, and developing automation to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with revenue goals, and have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding them. This role is 100% remote and available to US-based employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Support small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and foster long-term relationships.
- Process Optimization : Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated or improved, freeing up time for strategic initiatives.
- Automation Development : Create, manage, and refine automation workflows using tools like Make or Zapier.
- Review technical documentation to implement and troubleshoot integrations effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making.
