Role Overview 🔎

Are you ready to take your sales leadership career to the next level? We’re searching for a dynamic, results-driven Global BDR Manager to lead, inspire, and grow our Business Development Representative team. What will you be doing?: 👩‍💻 👨‍💻

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the BDR team to ensure they meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.

Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement innovative outbound prospecting strategies that drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline growth.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of the BDR team using KPIs and CRM tools, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to optimize team performance.

Coaching & Development: Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to the team to refine their prospecting techniques and embody the excellence in sales that we are fostering across our entire team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader revenue org (marketing, sales and CS) teams to align on campaign strategies, messaging, and lead handoff processes to maximize conversion rates.

Lead Qualification & Handoff: Ensure the team is effectively qualifying and passing high-intent leads to the sales team to accelerate revenue growth.

Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve outbound processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and lead quality.


Hiring & Onboarding: Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new BDRs, ensuring they ramp up quickly and successfully integrate into the team.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role within a B2B SaaS company -- ideally selling to the front office in the legal, professional/financial services or real estate verticals.
  • Proven success managing a BDR or SDR team, driving results, and consistently exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Experience working in fintech and legaltech is highly – we’re looking for someone who understands the landscape and best practices of selling on the East Coast.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Linkedin Sales Navigator).
  • Data-driven and analytical, with strong reporting and forecasting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to set the team standard for engaging with the C-Suite of prospective customers in the legal and real estate verticals, as well as collaborate effectively across departments.

Salary Range: $104,025 - $138,765 plus commission

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on several factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and business requirements.
