Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Analyst O9/OMP
Location: [New York/New Jersey]
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planning Analyst with expertise in O9 Planning and/or OMP Planning to join our supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage end-to-end supply chain planning processes using O9 or OMP platforms.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance planning models and parameters within the O9/OMP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT to align planning strategies.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic planning decisions.
- Participate in planning system implementations, upgrades, and integrations as needed.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective use of planning tools.
- Assist in KPI development, monitoring, and reporting to measure supply chain performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2 5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related function.
- Hands-on experience with O9 Planning and/or OMP Planning (required).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of supply chain concepts such as S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
