Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommending the perfect products to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Phone Sales:
- Respond to inbound sales calls, providing product information and guiding customers through the purchasing process
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Follow up with phone leads and maintain accurate records of communication
- Showroom Sales:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting walk-in customers and providing a personalized sales experience
- Maintain extensive product knowledge across all home theater and living room collections
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with seasonal promotions
- Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver five-star service
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in phone sales, showroom sales, or retail sales (furniture experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in using CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
- A passion for home décor, interior design, or entertainment is a plus
