Job Summary
We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this dual-capacity role, you'll have the opportunity to work with both showroom and phone sales, connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales across both channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Sales:
- Respond to inbound sales calls, providing product information and guiding customers through the purchasing process
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend ideal solutions
- Follow up with phone leads and maintain detailed records of communication
- Showroom Sales:
- Greet walk-in customers, deliver a personalized sales experience, and demonstrate product features
- Maintain product knowledge across all home theater and living room collections
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with seasonal promotions
- Accurately enter and process sales orders from both channels
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide five-star service
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in phone sales, showroom sales, or retail sales (furniture experience a plus)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable using CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
- A passion for home décor, interior design, or entertainment is a bonus
