Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommending the perfect products to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Phone Sales:
- Answer inbound sales calls, providing product information and guiding customers through the purchasing process
- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Follow up with phone leads and maintain accurate records of communication
- Showroom Sales:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting walk-in customers and delivering a personalized sales experience
- Maintain extensive product knowledge across all home theater and living room collections
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and aligned with seasonal promotions
- Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver five-star service
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in phone sales, showroom sales, or retail sales (furniture experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in using CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
- A passion for home décor, interior design, or entertainment is a plus
