Orbridge is seeking a dynamic and focused team member who is a self-starter, enjoys working independently and is a vital team member to serve as an Inventory and Shipping Associate.

Our primary client base includes alumni organizations from universities across the country, and we are expanding into new markets as we grow. The company office is in Poulsbo, WA.
Job Overview:
The Inventory and Shipping Associate will report to the Director of Office Operations. This position serves as a primary shipping and receiving role. The job is on site in our Headquarters office in Poulsbo, WA. It involves preparing shipments to our guests, supply orders to our guides as well as support materials to our partners. Everything shipped is representative of Orbridge, so the ability to package cleanly and professionally is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all departments with shipping requirements and needs.
- Prepare paperwork for shipments, including entry of tracking into our database system.
- Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of all shipping-related records.
- Ensure all packaging is completed per established protocol.
- Pick and ship items for guide supply orders, as needed.
- Monitor, maintain and receive inventory and packaging materials.
- Ensure the on-time shipment of guest related materials (libraries and welcome boxes)
- Required to perform the job functions in a safe manner.
- Attention to Detail is a must in this position.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Highly detail oriented with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiar with a basic understanding of warehouse functions.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of international shipping is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
