Daily / General Tasks :
Works under Art Services Manager to manage quality of the Art Team’s work each day :
- meets production deadlines for reviewing artwork, proofing & delivering jobs to the print room
- quality of files needs to be approved by customers & follow Orbus artwork guidelines
- accurately color-matching and correcting projects per client’s specs
- instruction sheets for the print & finishing team need to be accurate & follow detailed procedures
- provides customers with high-level of customer service
- Delegates daily workload to all members of the Art Team.
- Maintains organization of the Graphic Servers and job folders
- Assists with color matching questions & signs-off on running internal proofs
- Works on any internal Marketing Tradeshow company projects along with Senior Art Coordinators.
- Works on more custom / complex jobs with Art Coordinators as needed.
- Assists in the hiring process by conducting 1st interviews & tests.
- Helps prepare employee performance reviews with Art Services Manager.
- Works under the direction of the Art Services Manager to create documentation for training :
Holds training sessions with the Art Team and / or new hires.
