We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on email marketing to join our marketing team! You'll collaborate on a variety of email projects, creating visually compelling designs to engage and convert our audience.
This is a full-time, in-person position, and the ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. This role will be part of a small agency-like, multi-disciplinary team and will have the unique opportunity to interact directly with other designers, marketers and business leaders to ensure all projects meet the brand and business goals. You must be a creative, motivated, self-driven team player with strong communication skills able to work methodically as part of a team and have the ability to communicate designs from concept to completion, advise / consult with other team members on project-related goals and issues.
The graphic design role will primarily be responsible for multiple cadenced emails across company brands, including :
- Designing, testing and executing email campaigns, building emails from templates, asset coordination, and scheduling for external communications.
- Managing email distribution lists, reporting and monitoring performance metrics.
- Following an outlined email schedule closely and works to stay ahead of it.
