What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipeline Acquisition Specialist position at ORC?
ORC is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Utah. As a Right of Way Agent, you will be acquiring easements for gas pipeline projects. This role brings a more reliable power source to communities through line rebuilds or the creation of new lines, upgrading the power source to new standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners.
- Prepare settling damages, real estate documents, and perform property research.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and provide construction support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
