Job Description:
As a Right of Way Agent with ORC, you will be responsible for acquiring right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations. This includes preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research, communicating with property owners, and general administrative work such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least two years of experience in right of way acquisition, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox), and an iOS or Android smartphone. A valid driver's license is also required. Bonus points if you have experience working on transmission line projects, an active Notary, and/or Real Estate License.
