We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office with the possibility of light travel throughout the state.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced right-of-way negotiations with high-risk landowners
- Prepare settlement damages, real estate documents, and perform property research
- Ensure compliance with company standards and provide construction support

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of right-of-way acquisition experience
- Pipeline experience is mandatory
- Active Utah Real Estate license
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- iOS or Android smartphone for accessing ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
