What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utilities Right of Way Agent - Durham, NC position at ORC?
ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based in North Carolina. The selected candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Durham, NC and will have the flexibility to work out of their home office. Candidate will be expected to travel about 25% of the time throughout the state.

- Active North Carolina Brokers Real Estate license*
- Active North Carolina Notary or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
