ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of the St. Charles, MO office. The selected candidate must reside within a 45-minute commute of our St. Charles, MO office and be able to travel locally and throughout Missouri about 25% of the time. Travel could extend to Illinois.

What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for electric transmission projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

- Minimum of three (3) years of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Active Missouri Real Estate license
- OR the ability to obtain within 60 days
- Active Missouri and Illinois Notary
- OR the ability to obtain within 60 days
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
