We are seeking a part-time, non-exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based out of Utah. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office with the possibility of light travel throughout the state.

About the Role:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for gas pipeline projects. These projects enhance community power sources through line rebuilds or the creation of new lines, upgrading power standards. You will conduct advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners.
Your responsibilities will include preparing settling damages, real estate documents, performing property research, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing construction support.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Including pipeline experience
- Active Utah Real Estate license
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
