Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative at ORCA Life based in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves conducting sales presentations, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, and developing new business. We work Monday - Thursday in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or Older
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must Be able to pass a background Check
- Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- New Business Development skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Pay: Full Commission Residuals
1st Year: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00
2nd Year: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
3rd Year: $100,000.00 - Uncapped Income
