As the point of contact for banquet interactions in the dining room, the Banquet Assistant is responsible for executing banquets using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

- Assisting event hosts with menu selections
- Assist with table layouts according to the hosts preferences
- Designing and printing menus for each banquet
- Monitoring guest satisfaction
- Familiar with POS
- Greeting the host at the beginning of each banquet
- Being proactive
