As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the dining room, the server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills.

- Making menu suggestions and describing the dishes and cocktails to guests
- Delivering food to tables as well as clearing and resetting tables
- Overseeing table maintenance throught entire service
- Monitoring guest satisfaction
- Familiar with POS
- Greeting guests promptly
- Being proactive
