About the Role

Orchard is expanding to the greater Nashville, TN area in early 2025 and we are looking for a customer-focused, licensed and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our founding team there. At Orchard Brokerage, you can grow your business with the team that's redefining the real estate experience. Get up to 4 seller appointments a month and make an extra $50-70k a year.

Compensation Range : This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent earns over $50k a year and up to $200k but could earn more. There is no cap on earnings.

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
