The Housekeeper at Orchard Hills Athletic Club ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. This role is vital to maintaining the club’s high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas, including workout facilities, locker rooms, common spaces, and offices.
General Cleaning
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of facilities, including fitness equipment, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and lounge areas.
- Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and empty trash receptacles in assigned areas.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toiletries in restrooms and locker rooms.
- Spot-clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a polished appearance.
Maintenance Support
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs, such as broken fixtures or damaged equipment, to the supervisor.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning after events or classes as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
