Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. This role requires a combination of physical labor, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping. The Grounds Crew will work collaboratively to ensure that all areas are well-kept, safe, and inviting.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, bunker maintenance, sod work, small & on course projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Regularly inspect grounds for any maintenance needs or potential hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to landscaping tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for operating grounds maintenance vehicles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
