In this critical role, you'll ensure our clients and staff are well-nourished while maintaining the highest standards in safety, compliance, and service.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of meal preparation and compliance with USDA food guidelines.
- Plan and develop bi-annual menus in collaboration with a consulting dietitian.
- Lead and train the dietary team, ensuring exceptional service and safety standards.
- Manage food procurement, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
- Support the development and updating of dietary policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Required: Experience in food service management or USDA/Federal School Lunch programming.
- Preferred: Degree in Culinary Arts with three years of experience.
- Certifications: Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Managerial Certificate within 60 days of employment. Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager is a plus!
- Skills: Leadership, organization, communication, and budget management.
