Essential Functions:
- Clean all building lobbies and common areas including: public and staff restrooms, stairwell, offices, halls, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, salons, library, and exercise room
- Work well with residents and staff
- Coordinate with maintenance and occupancy specialist regarding cleaning vacant apartments
- Mix chemicals for cleaning products
- Comply with Orchard Ridge policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Training:
- Attend all required in-service training
Working Conditions (travel, hours, and environment):
- Ability to work full time on dedicated schedule
Physical /Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices.)
- Medium work- Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Long periods of standing and walking with occasional sitting
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting and reaching
- Occasional twisting and kneeling
