Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 patient support to enhance patient care and comfort.
- Van driving to assist with patient transportation needs.
- Front desk backup duties, offering assistance as needed.
- Kitchen support to assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Maintenance support to help with basic facility upkeep and repairs.
- Housekeeping support to ensure the facility remains clean and well-maintained.
- Laundry duties to ensure clean linens and personal items for residents.
- Assist with special projects as needed to support various departments.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or similar setting is a plus.
- Must be able to drive the facility van and assist with patient transportation.
