ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Vice President of Brand Partnerships to establish and lead our brand partnerships efforts across our Real Estate Hospitality verticals within M18 and BerlinRosen. This role is pivotal in creating strategic partnerships for our clients which include award-winning hotels, city-defining real estate projects, and travel destinations. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of successfully generating innovative, interesting partnerships in the real estate or hospitality space, and has a broad, well-established network from which to leverage and implement ideas that extend beyond our existing client base.
Note: This role is based in New York, N.Y. on a hybrid schedule.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As Vice President of Brand Partnerships, Real Estate Hospitality, you will…
- Work closely with existing teams, deeply immersing yourself in our client roster, to proactively identify culturally relevant and on-brand activities for our both existing clients and potential partners to showcase client properties and support business goals
- Create and execute a partnerships strategy that connects our network of clients with each other and external partners, promoting impactful and mutually beneficial collaborations that align with diverse client objectives
- Proactively assess and determine the strategic value of client participation in high-impact events and key cultural moments (e.g., Art Basel, SXSW, Formula 1, Aspen Ideas Festival, etc.), ensuring our clients partner, sponsor, attend or collaborate on events that enhance their brand objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain impactful and trusting relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, brands and potential partners
Essential skills:
- 6 years of relevant experience in branding, partnerships, events and client services
- Have an extensive network of professional contacts and relationships in the fashion, entertainment, luxury, music and art industries
- Experience leveraging industry relationships to foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key brands and stakeholders
- Proven track record in ideating and executing successful brand partnerships and events
- Experience successfully navigating and contributing to multiple teams simultaneously, creating systems and managing wide-ranging projects from concept to execution with varying scopes and timelines
- Strong professional network with industry leaders and influencers
- Ability to advise clients and internal teams effectively, even in challenging situations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to stay ahead of industry trends

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and is as follows:
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $130,000 - $150,000
Vice Presidents are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
