Responsibilities
1. Life-Changing Outcomes for Learners and Their Families:
- Apply advanced ABA techniques and update interventions.
- Lead family collaboration initiatives and workshops.
- Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
2. Life-Changing Outcomes for Team Members (Coaching & Mentorship):
- Coach, train, and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and junior BCBAs.
- Mentor junior BCBAs and lead best practice discussions.
- Provide professional development guidance.
3. Professional Excellence:
- Manage billable hours and resources effectively.
- Balance a busy schedule with special projects.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ensure safety and lead crisis management.
- Participate in clinic management and research initiatives.
4. Growth Mindset:
- Pursue ongoing professional development in ABA.
- Foster a supportive and communicative work environment.

Location
We have two clinics located in Issaquah. This position seeks someone excited about extending the incredible work happening in our clinics to homes, schools, and the broader community. While you will have a strong presence in our clinics, you will also play a vital role in bringing our transformative services to various community settings.
Qualifications
To join us as a BCBA, you need:
- Current BCBA/LBA certification (We are not hiring LABAs at this time)
- A growth mindset and a passion for learning.
- Over one year of experience working with neurodiverse children.
- Passion for working in homes and schools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for in-person work between 25-40 hours a week, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and run after children.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for data entry, note-writing, and treatment plan development.
