What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utilities Right of Way Agent position at ORCUI Utility Division - IN 14?
ORC is seeking an on-call, non-exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects in Michigan and Indiana. The selected candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of ORC's Fort Wayne, IN office, will work a hybrid schedule, and will be expected to travel about 70% of the time locally and throughout the state.

What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for transmission and/or distribution line projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
