What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utilities Right of Way Agent position at ORCUI Utility Division?
ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt Right of Way Agent to work on projects based in the Tuscola, IL area. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work from their home office and will travel 25% of the time based on project requirements. Candidate will report to the client's office per request.

What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will be acquiring new and/or supplemental easements and other right of way rights for large pipeline projects. You will be responsible for preparing real estate documents, performing property research, ensuring compliance, preparing permits, and providing administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
- Valid Driver’s License
Bonus points if you have an active Ilinois Notary and/or Real Estate License.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in person, via phone and email. Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to occasionally travel to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes. May be exposed to the elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).
