Job Description
Customer Support Representative Job Duties:
- Manage in-bound calls, emails, contact us inquires and Chat via Zendesk from customers throughout the United States and Canada
- Assist end users with navigational support, payment questions, food questions that are redirected to our school / restaurant or catering partners
- Assist site administrators with navigational support including but not limited to ongoing management of menus items, menu cycles, reporting engine
- Resolve product / service questions / concerns ; determine cause and provide the best solution to ensure 100% customer satisfaction;
- Ultimate objective is to ensure customer's understanding of information provided and all questions have been answered.
- Recommend potential enhancements, products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Qualifications
Customer Support Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written / verbal communication and organizational skills; Web Based Program Management Experience; Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel; Customer Focus, General Consulting Experience; Multi-tasking
