To be successful in this role, you must have a can-do attitude, be detail-oriented, scrappy, organized, and flexible. You will report to the head of marketing and work closely with the growth marketing and head of partner alliances.Responsibilities : Work closely with the sales and channel teams to identify, prioritize and execute a very focused, effective regional and partner event plan to build strong regional presence in key areas and with impactful partners to drive demand.Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of all field and channel events.Manage event logistics, production, venue sourcing, third party vendors, budget tracking, and staff management.Run corporate events end-to-end.Excellent communication and disciplined operational skills are very important for success.Track field marketing and event results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC.Requirements : 5 years in B2B field marketing or channel marketing.Well versed in B2B technology audiences, specifically IT, Networking, Security, and technical C-level roles. Healthcare experience is a huge plus.Experience in working with account executives to help them prioritize their events, execute the strategy and achieve great results.Understanding the sales cycle and the reselling partner business model a plus.Some travel (20%) required.Self-starter. Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment where agility and pivoting are a regular part of the journey.Confident in setting and committing to goals and KPI’s and driving to meet / exceed targets.Experience using Marketo and Salesforce.com to drive campaigns and report results.Experience using Impartner a plus.Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
