We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer.
Duties: Plan, organize, control and direct clinical staff to manage operational practices and procedures to ensure a high standard of clinical care in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine. Oversee and coordinate the technology and human resources needed for an integrated approach to organization-wide shift scheduling. Analyze real-time data to implement process changes that enhance staffing efficiency and anesthetizing location utilization and resolve operational problems. Work closely with other members of the Executive Leadership Team in developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan, governance structure, and objectives for optimal practice management. Collaborate with CEO to oversee day-to-day operations of clinical and non -clinical staff. Participate in the Executive Leadership Team to implement the strategic and operational plan of the company’s anesthesia and perioperative medicine services. Manage and implement strategic plans to enhance and evolve operational policies to meet the dynamic needs of healthcare systems. Participate in professional development activities and conferences to keep current with trends and practices in healthcare administration. Occasional remote work from home permitted.
Supervise Senior Project Manager, Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), CRNA workforce, and scheduling support/coordination roles.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field (foreign equivalent degree is accepted) (employer will accept 3 or 4 year degree)
Skills Experience: 10 years' experience as a Director, Surgical & Interventional Services, Development Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar position.

- Managing and directing clinical staff to manage operational practices and procedures in a healthcare setting;
- Overseeing and coordinating the technology and human resources required for organization-wide shift setting in a healthcare setting;
- Clinical and administrative experience with developing and facilitating health professional onboarding programs to support care team models within a healthcare setting;
- Analyzing data to implement and oversee process changes to enhance staffing efficiency, location utilization, and improve operations; and
- Developing and implementing strategic plans, structure, and objectives for optimal healthcare practice management.
