What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Oregon Bud Company?
We are seeking a motivated, Budtender who wants to be part of the progressive and growing marijuana industry!
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid OLCC Worker Permit- Retail marijuana experience a plus
- Retail, sales, customer service experience
- Must have excellent attendance and professionalism
-Must be detail oriented and able to handle cash, and operate a POS register
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (excluding marijuana related charges)
- Must have reliable transportation- Must be enthusiastic, friendly, optimistic, outgoing, and a team player
- This position requires the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to tailor each guest interaction to the individual customer
- Flexible schedule
- available days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
- Self-starter. Somebody who finds the work that needs to be done
- 30 day trial for evaluation of duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow Oregon State law, company security procedures and SOP's
- Inform and educate customers on products we carry
- Cultivate long-term relationships with guests
- Setup displays, prep product- cash handling
- Operate POS system
- Maintain inventory control & high-volume transactions.
