About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to lead our outpatient program. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our clinical approach and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your leadership will directly impact the recovery journeys of our clients and the effectiveness of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations of the OCC outpatient program.
- Develop and implement clinical philosophies, policies, and procedures in alignment with ASAM criteria, contracts, and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs).
- Manage a diverse range of clinical services, including chemical dependency treatment, mental health support, mentoring, case management, outreach, and housing assistance.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff.
- Ensure services are culturally appropriate and integrated effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to address clients' needs across all life domains, promoting recovery and self-sufficiency.
- CADC II certification and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, managerial, or leadership position.
- Successful completion of a background check, including clearance from the DHS Background Check Unit.
- Valid driver's license with eligibility for coverage under organizational insurance. Completion of annual driver training and recertification as per OCC policies.
