What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEMPORARY AP Psychology Teacher position at Oregon City School?
Oregon City High School is a comprehensive high school with approximately 2,000 students, located in the suburban Portland / Metro area. We are looking for teachers that will continue our collective focus on engaging all learners at high levels, while building students' foundations for the 21st century. We are an AVID Certified school and are also working with the Center for High School Success with a focus on ninth grade success. Position Description : The individual accepting this assignment will teach AP Psychology to students in grade 12.
Special Requirements : (Certification, training, specialty skills or previous experience)
1. Valid Oregon teaching license required.
2. Experience teaching AP Psychology preferred.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with others.
4. Proven ability to work well with all students, high energy, and organized.
5. Knowledge and skilled with technology.
This TEMPORARY position is 1.0 FTE for the third trimester (3 / 10 / 2025 - 6 / 12 / 2025).
