Centralized Services Consultant

The Centralized Services Consultant position is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex functions to support bank operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Complies with all department and company policies and procedures
• Payment Processing to include: ACH returns, Item returns/Chargebacks (work with branches, branch to communicate with customer), Remote Deposit Processing
• Account Management to include: Garnishments and Levies, Monitor negative accounts (work with branches), Dormant account processing, Deceased account processing
• Plastic Cards to include: Debit card support and processing fraud disputes/adjustments in compliance with Reg E
• Account Fraud and disputes
• Online Banking and Call Center Support
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Be familiar with the employee handbook and will be held accountable to the standards of conduct and expectations detailed therein.

• 
  High School diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial bank operations or related experience/training in financial services industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills needed
• Strong problem-solving skills needed
• Ability to learn and use the bank’s PC hardware and software
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
