Job Summary and Responsibilities :
The Director of Human Resources (DHR), in collaboration with the Chief People Officer (CPO), directs the development and implementation of OCF's Human Resources initiatives and people-related services, policies, procedures, and programs, including providing consultation to managers and employees on human resource-related issues. This role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The DHR will collaborate with the CPO to align HR strategies with the company's business objectives and ensure a positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The DHR supervises a team of HR professionals to deliver on the Foundation's human resources goals and initiatives and to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to employment practices. This is a strategic yet hands on, tactically focused position.
