About You :
- Knowledgeable : You are knowledgeable about major and principal gifts fund-raising and have direct experience in research and prospect management tools to help identify prospects and advance donor conversations. You have demonstrated knowledge of institutional advancement best practices. You're highly proficient with advancement research resources and techniques, MS Office, integrated databases, and project management tools.

Job Summary and Responsibilities :
The Principal Gifts Manager works as a strategic partner with front-line fundraising staff to provide management of prospect portfolios through research and strategy support. The Principal Gifts Manager is responsible for the active management of current donors who have made gifts of $1M and the development of a prospective principal gift pipeline to facilitate new giving and connections in alignment with OCF's growth goals and to increase funds in OCF's main funding areas.
Staff members in OCF's Bend, Eugene, Medford, and Salem offices are expected to serve as an integral part of the regional team, participating in weekly team meetings, events, and information sharing.
Oversee Principal Gifts Portfolio and Pipeline (50%)
Philanthropic Services - Principal Gift Strategy and Solicitation Support (30%)
Donor Research and Prospecting (20%)
